Jordan joined the CAS team in May 2012 as a Client Services Associate for Ray Ciccarelli and Samantha Webster. In addition, she handles incoming calls and emails on behalf of Ray.

Jordan said the people at CAS truly make our organization special.

“Our team is made up of people that I feel lucky to know professionally and personally,” Jordan said. “It’s an honor to learn the industry from my bosses, and a privilege to put my talents to work for an organization that truly puts our clients first.”

“It’s a joy to chat with clients on the phone, and even more of a pleasure to meet them in person,” she said, adding that witnessing our clients achieve their financial goals is a source of personal inspiration.

Prior to her career in financial services, Jordan worked as an interior designer. She still enjoys “flexing her creative muscles,” working on projects around her house and offering creative ideas for friends and family.

Jordan is the proud mother of a “very cool, super smart, fun, talented and creative 10-year-old boy” named Chase. She loves spending time with her son, and dedicates much of her time during the summer to his Little League games. Outside of baseball season, they enjoy other outdoor activities: camping, boating, playing catch, going for hikes and bike rides.

In addition, Jordan likes to spend time with her girlfriends and her very supportive family.

Mia joined the CAS team in January 2010. She serves as our office coordinator at the Rochester office – greeting clients with a warm smile when they walk in the door; distributing mail and deliveries; helping Carrie to scan and organize client files; preparing monthly spreadsheets, beneficiary information, and other documents for upcoming client appointments; and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

While Mia has a wide range of responsibilities, her favorite part of working at CAS is welcoming and interacting with our clients.

Mia lives in Greece, NY, with her husband Jim, who is a teacher; their two children, Alana and Zachary; and their cat Gracie. Mia said her kids are her world, and she is “so happy to have the privilege to be Mom to these two amazing kids!”

Outside of work, Mia loves spending time with her family – whether it’s baking, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit in their backyard, dining on Mexican food and chocolate, or just visiting on their patio. Mia and her family also like to travel. Their favorite vacation spots are Maine and Hilton Head Island, SC.

In addition, Mia is a landscaping and home decorating enthusiast. She excels at planning parties, showers, and other social functions at her home.

“I love planning all the details that go into a great party,” Mia said. “And seeing people having a good time is priceless!”

Mia also likes to run. She ran two 5Ks last year, and participated in the Dirty Girl Mud Runs – a three-mile jaunt through pure mud, complete with obstacles and costumes!

Susan (aka Susie) has worked in the Naples office for 19 years.  She is a registered Paraplanner on Kim Ciccarelli Kantor’s team.   She is also a member of the Ciccarelli family as Kim’s step daughter.  Susie started her financial services career at Painewebber but was quickly recruited by Kim during a lunch meeting back in 1997.

Susie is originally from Rochester, New York, but has lived in Naples since 1981.  She loves to spend time with her family, especially her three grown children:  Danielle (who also works in the Naples office), John and Nick.  She enjoys playing with her two dogs, Abby and Tasha.

Susie is passionate about her work at CAS.   During the time she has been with our company, she has received her Series 7, 6, 24, 51, 63, and Insurance Licenses.  She says that there is never a dull moment at Ciccarelli as there is something new to learn every day!  When Susie is away from the office she loves to unwind by traveling, camping and reading (her favorite author is James Patterson).  If not working in finance, she would be traveling around the country, camping wherever possible.  Among her many talents are baking and cooking; her strawberry jam is legendary!

Lisa became part of the Ciccarelli Family in October 2005 and is currently a Client Services Associate for Judith Alexander-Wasley.

Lisa is from Rochester, New York, and has many brothers and sisters who still live in the area.  She has two grown children, Jonathan and Brianne.  She and her husband recently welcomed their first grandchild, Jameson, and you can hear the joy in her voice when she speaks of him!  When she isn’t spending time with family, especially her grandson, her interests include reading, bowling, and ceramics.  In the warm months, she likes to garden and her favorite flowers are mums and roses.  She also enjoys baking.

Lisa enjoys working at CAS.  The people are great and she feels like they are family.  If she was not in the financial services industry, Lisa would be a teacher.  She has a special gift with children and loves working with and being around them.

We are very lucky to have her as part of our CAS family!

Jessica joined the Ciccarelli Team on September 20, 2010, as a Client Service Associate to Lynn Ferraina. Over the years, her responsibilities have grown to also include Graphic Design and Marketing for the firm.  Jessica (a.k.a. Jess) brings joy and humor to our Florida office with her delightful wit and positive outlook, so it is no surprise her favorite quote is “A day in which we have not laughed is a day that is wasted,” by Nicholas Chamfort.

Jessica was born in Kansas City, Missouri.  Her family moved to Naples when she was six and her father and brother still continue to live locally. Her pride and joy are her two dogs, Henry Higgins and Holly Golightly, both named after characters in movies starring Audrey Hepburn.  Jess loves adventure, including backroad trails and geocaching.   As an active participant in her church, Jessica leads the music program and is instrumental in the church’s marketing and website design.  If not in finance, Jessica would have pursued ministry.  She describes working at CAS as “A blessing…and never boring,” and her keys to success are authenticity and the search for truth in all situations.
